Editorial Portrait Pricing for Founders & Leadership Teams

Editorial portrait sessions are shaped around how the images need to be used — and the context they need to work in.

Some need a few strong images for LinkedIn and press. Others need a broader, more flexible set for website, branding and ongoing use.

The difference isn’t the number of images — it’s how clearly they represent you.

Most people I work with are not used to being photographed — so the structure of the session matters as much as the result.

What shapes a session

The scope is defined by

- how the images need to function (LinkedIn, website, press, campaigns)

- number of final images needed

- number of locations

- time required on location

- level of variation (portraits, context, details)

Most clients choose the Personal Brand Editorial session as a starting point.

What’s included

All sessions include:

- guidance before and during the session

- location-based photography (not studio-focused)

- a calm, structured process designed around real environments

- curated selection and professionally edited images

- formats adapted for LinkedIn, website and press

Ongoing sessions

Some founders choose to work together over time — creating a consistent visual presence across LinkedIn, press and brand communication.

Instead of a single session, we plan a small number of shoots across the year. This allows the images to evolve with your work while maintaining a clear and consistent expression.

Typically, this means 3–6 sessions per year, adapted to key moments such as launches, updates or new directions.

Not about quantity

The focus is not on producing as many images as possible, but on creating a set that feels consistent, natural and credible across platforms.
